Do you remember the movie Groundhog Day? The one where the guy keeps living the same day over and over? That is what my life feels like lately. Anna wakes up at 6:30, I nudge Wes, he gets her and changes her, I feed her and put her back to bed, I try to sleep for 20 more minutes, the kids get up and turn on the TV, I get up and make breakfast, Anna gets up again, "Get dressed", "brush your hair", "brush your teeth", "Is your bed made?", "please practice piano", "Get dressed", "brush your hair", "brush your teeth", "Is your bed made?", "please practice piano", "Get dressed", "brush your hair", "brush your teeth", "Is your bed made?", "please practice piano". Walk the girls out to school, "Mom, what should we do?", do the dishes, wipe the table, wipe the counter, sweep the floor, "Mom, what should we do?", start a load of laundry- didn't I just wash this? "Mom, I'm starving"....
I think I need a vacation.

I was thinking I would come over on Friday morning and play if that is ok. Maybe you could take a vacation then.
Can I get in on this mom-escape vacation thing?? Your post described exactly how I've been feeling too! We should just fly to Disneyland for 3 days and then sleep for 5 days... :)
Love it!
Do I understand what you are saying. Just wait until they are all gone and you a ALL ALONE. Realize how quiet the house is and you could use a little noise again.
